You will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Your main goal will be to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment while meeting productivity targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Forklift certification Experience in a supervisory or leadership role Responsibilities: Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Skills: As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will need to have strong organizational and time management skills to ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other departments and supervise warehouse staff. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored. Additionally, proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and forklift certification are preferred qualifications that will help you succeed in this role.
