Pay: $68,000-$72,000 D.O.E, plus incentive plan
This position is for the night shift starting between 2pm - 4pm.

- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and retrieval of building materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement measures to minimize discrepancies.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and reduce turnaround time for order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall supply chain operations.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and standards to create a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions and promote a safety-first culture.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate and analyze reports on warehouse productivity, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a distribution center for building materials.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
