Responsibilities include:

• Assume tax preparation responsibilities for complex 1040s as well as business returns.
• Perform technical tax review.
• Ensure exceptional client service.
• Independently research tax issues.
• Supervise, develop, and train staff.
• Contact clients regarding tax issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with CCH software and a paperless work environment a plus.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA licensure strongly preferred.
• Multistate tax return experience a plus.
• Perform effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work on multiple client engagements and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
