Job Description
- The person in this position will work as a Production Worker, primarily focused on rebuilding valves for tanks that will eventually be filled with chlorine.
- The job involves general labor tasks such as operating equipment to pressurize valves onto tanks, filling tanks with chlorine, and preparing tanks by cleaning and removing old labels.
- Additionally, you will use a sit-down forklift to move products and load/unload trucks.
- This role involves 90% manual labor and 10% forklift operation once certified.
Skills/Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in a production environment, GMP regulated preferred.
- 1+ year of forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to follow instructions and take orders.
- Safety-oriented mindset.
- General labor experience in a warehouse or production setting.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a chemical setting, which typically smells of ammonia or chlorine. It is a dirty environment, but clean for the type of work performed. Employees will be provided with protective wear, including face shields, glasses, and full rubber suits when handling chemicals. The core hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with opportunities for overtime.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.12 - $25.00/hr.
