We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in the Financial Services industry, located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The individual in this role will be actively involved in maintaining and processing accounting functions through various software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure accurate account management.

• Carry out Check Processing to maintain accurate financial records.

• Use the 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management.

• Ensure all accounting functions are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Proficiency in various Accounting Functions, including ledger operations and financial reconciliations

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is vital

• Familiarity with Check Processing procedures is desirable

Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required.
