**We are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus for full time nurses**

** $5 shift differential added to base wage for 2p-10p shift, $3 shift differential added to base wage for overnights**

*We are offering a new Baylor schedule! This schedule will provide you to work weekends ONLY, allowing you to have Monday through Friday OFF. CNAs work – 31 hours over Saturday & Sunday, but get paid for 37.5 hours. Nurses work – 32 hours over Saturday & Sunday, but get paid for 40 hours. Work less, get paid more!*

Here’s what you will do as a GlenOaks LPN:

*Utilize the nursing process to assess resident care plans, implement interventions and evaluate outcomes related to nursing care

*Assist with team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans; assess and document residents’ condition and nursing needs; assign team members who have the capabilities and qualifications to meet residents’ needs

*Implement physician’s orders; administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests

*Proven ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents and family members

*Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary

*Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures

*Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software

*Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

*Document treatments as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations

*Coordinate nursing care of residents scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments

*Record and report observations and reactions regarding residents

*Perform additional duties as assigned

If you have these qualifications, we’d love to chat:

Valid LPN license in the State of Minnesota

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience OR equivalent of education and experience
