A food manufacturer in Santa Barbara, CA is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Fulfillment Supervisor to join their team! The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the production and fulfillment process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Pay: $65K-$75K/yr + Benefits Package
Location: On-site in Santa Barbara, CA 93103
Schedule: 2nd shift position – Monday-Friday, 2 PM – 11 PM
Duration: Direct Hire
Start: ASAP

Job Duties:
-Coordination: Collaborate and lead the Dispatch / Fulfillment team and evening Sanitation team on nightly requirements and activities needing completion.
-Dispatch and Logistics: Ensure accurate dispatch of customer orders, order line-by-line validations, accurate completion of documentation of order fulfillments, timely loading of trucks, and adherence of packaging quality assurance standards.
-Compliance: Oversee weigh scale calibrations, documentation, and adherence to Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQ) standards.
-Staff Supervision: Manage staff performance, maintain hygiene and discipline standards, and give clear directives. Control work schedules, breaks, and ensure correct procedures are followed.
-Order Management: Obtain and review order sheets to plan the day's production tasks and shipping requirements.

Qualifications:
-At least 5 years of experience in a fulfillment or production management role, preferably in the food processing industry.
-Bilingual English and Spanish required.
-Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
