PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Director, Global Recruitment Marketing and Employment Brand plays a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition function by developing and executing the candidate attraction strategy. This leader will activate the global employment brand strategy, providing strategic oversight of employment brand messaging and application. This leader is data driven, leveraging research and insights to continually evaluate and adapt these strategies to drive talent to targeted pipelines and increase awareness of the Fresenius Medical Care brand globally. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive the development and delivery of the Global Recruitment Marketing strategy through partnership with Corporate Marketing, TA Senior Leadership and DE&I teams. Activate the Global Employer Value Proposition. Oversee the Global Career Site implementation and maintenance to support a consistent, best-in-class candidate experience. Develop and implement a governance model to ensure consistency of Employer Brand application. Manage the Global Recruitment Marketing budget, including data-driven recommendations to Senior Talent Acquisition Leadership team on investments and maintaining ongoing costs. Develop knowledge and understanding of company-wide perspectives, needs and challenges related to recruitment and selection in order to provide impactful marketing solutions. Consult with internal TA Leadership team regarding potential marketing campaign & technology solutions. Serve as primary liaison with external recruitment advertising vendors: Manage vendors related to the execution of employer branding initiatives, collateral development, messaging, and event representation. Manage the design and execution of external and internal marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the company’s employment brand, build our talent pools and enhance and improve external talent engagement. Manage company career website and recruitment-focused digital property strategy for the company and support the development and roll out of new creative, overall design and site enhancement. Build “brand ambassadors” internally via ongoing publicity and training on the employer brand. Gather data, analyze results and deliver reports to TA Leadership and key stakeholders that provide insight into the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns. Design and monitor key metrics that measure the ROI of media spend and agency spend related to TA recruitment marketing. Build collaborative relationships with the broad TA team and internal stakeholders in order to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting channels and campaigns, adjusting as necessary. EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, HR, Communications or related field preferred); or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: 3+ years of experience leading a Recruitment Marketing function; with global experience preferred. 7+ years of experience defining and executing attraction, outreach, and lead generation strategies through various channels to meet high volume recruiting objectives. Marketing experience in: brand, creative, messaging, targeted audience campaigns, content, SEO, SEM, digital media strategy and planning, brand campaign development and execution, events, social media, communications, value propositions and positioning. Ability to establish rapport with a variety of customer groups and establish self as a trusted, knowledgeable business partner. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong resource management skills. Strong organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
