Software Engineer - Workday

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Workday Location: Hybrid (Reston, VA, US) Role Overview: As a Senior Financial Software Engineer in our FinTech space, you'll have the flexibility to shape each day while collaborating with a team that values innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to independently assess customer needs and develop solution frameworks. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing moderately complex software solutions, especially focusing on Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining existing software and integrating new software technologies. Qualifications: Minimum Required Experiences: • 2 years of experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday Integration solutions. • Proficiency in resolving integration issues with in-depth expertise in the Workday solution. • Experience with Workday implementation and/or post-production support, including Studio Integrations and Prism Analytics. • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal & written communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Desired Experiences: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Workday Financials experience, specifically in the Accounting Center component. • Experience in Workday API framework for data loads. • Experience developing Workday Prism Analytics pipelines. • Understanding of Workday Security. • Workday Financial Management Integration experience. • Workday Accounting Center Experience. • Workday Integration Experience. Nice-to-have Skills: • Experience with Workday Financials, specifically in the Accounting Center component. • Experience in Workday API framework for data loads. • Experience developing Workday Prism Analytics pipelines.
