Must have previous front desk experience. Familiarity with the software "Gingr" is preferred.

CSR Expectations

The importance of a helpful, thorough, and efficient CSR is paramount to the company's success. This is a fast paced position and our customer service representatives are the face of Wag'n World. The expectations listed below must be met daily;

  • Always greet clientele with a happy and helpful disposition (in person, over the phone, and messages).
  • Be presentable. You are the face of the company.
  • Be able to communicate respectfully and clearly with other employees.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy lobby and work space.
  • Answer phone calls and messages (e-mail, Gingr messages, etc.).
  • Consistently check Gingr for new notifications coming in.
  • Familiarize yourself with our general hours, prices, and policies.
  • Be aware of and available during our rush hours.

Duties Checklist

  • Check notifications, messages, emails etc. throughout the day
  • Book reservations for Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming.
  • Contact parents with any health or behavioral notes that occur throughout the day.
  • Check Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming dogs in
  • Check the waitlist for Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming.
  • Maintain and organize the Groomer schedules, Lodging kennels, and Facility Daycare calendar.
  • Update Eval report cards with notes and pictures.
  • Communicate with owners when grooming dogs are finished and update pricing in the system.
  • Update vaccines from new customer files.
  • Keep client information updated on pet profiles.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby (sweeping, moping, dusting, etc)
  • Check Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming dogs out.
  • Keep the front desk stocked with the appropriate amount of supplies
  • Keep left behind belongings organized and notify parents
  • Manage deposits for holiday stays
  • Update information and photos on the Canva Announcement slides
