We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH. The Customer Service Representative is primarily tasked with the essential function of delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, respect, and professionalism.

 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Superior verbal & written communication skill-sets
  • Work with a sense of urgency; demonstrate timely and thoroughly execution
  • Upbeat & outgoing mindset with positive energy
  • Interacts successfully with individuals and also teams
  • Maintains fruitful customer connections
  • Prior customer service or sales experience
  • Interacts successfully along with all amounts of management as well as staff members
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team to perform all tasks as assigned
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year prior sales coordination or customer support experience
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Flexible with an ability to handle multiple tasks when priorities shift

Customer Service Representative Tasks & Duties:

  • Provide professional, timely and accurate responses to requests made via phone calls, customer service window and email
  • Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer materials.
  • Complete sales transactions and new account registrations
  • Manage time with customer efficiently and effectively
  • Provide timely communication, leadership, and continuous feedback towards process improvement.
  • Specific customer purchase order processing
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
