We are a worldwide leader in providing our clients couture packaging solutions, custom ribbon, luxury gift boxes, and specialty packaging bows for over 30 years. Seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve clients by providing product and service information, order entry, order tracking, customer support, and follow-through, as well as resolving product and service problems. This position requires a detail orientated self-motivated individual who will develop strategic plans necessary to meet company goals and objectives. 

Duties: 

·         Maintains a respectful, positive attitude at all times. 

·         Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; knowledgeable in suggesting information about other products and services. 

·         Receives, process and verify the accuracy of customers’ orders by utilizing the organization’s internal computer systems and customer purchase order. 

·         Initiate required action in response to customer request to change and or cancel order, update order accordingly and advise the necessary departments of the changes. 

·         Maintains customer records by updating account information. 

·         Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. 

·         Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. 


 Skills/Qualifications: 

·          Prior Customer Service experience. Must work well under pressure. 

·         Rapid learning skills. 

·         Detail Oriented, analytical, problem solving, and quality focus. 

·         Ability to create and understand documentation 

·          Excellent listening skills & phone mannerisms. 

·         Ability to resolve issues, demonstrates self-control. 

·         Multi-tasking. 

·         Strong communication and organization Skills. 

·         Must work well under pressure. 

·         Punctual. Self-motivated. 

·         Willing to train however prior Customer Service experience a plus.
