We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This individual will be responsible for handling heavy phone volume, entering service calls, dispatching information to technicians and various office duties.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound Customer Call
  • Record Customer's location and Customer's issue
  • Prepare a service ticket for Service Technicians

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prefer individuals who speak both Spanish and English
  • Must type 45-60 wpm
  • Must be dependable
  • Ideal candidate should live within a 20 mile radius of office
