CSC Customer Service Rep II

Join our team as a CSC Customer Service Rep II! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting our operations. We have multiple openings for below shifts 

Available Shifts:

  • Evening Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 12 PM to 8:30 PM CST
  • Night Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 4 PM to 12:30 AM CST
  • Overnight Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and work requests
  • Monitor environmental alarms and dispatch accordingly
  • Coordinate with the patient transportation team
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
