Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Pridestaff has a client in the Ventura looking for a Customer Service Representative, ideally someone with experience in a HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing or Electric knowledge. Must have good computer skills and be capable of handling busy phones. This company offer great benefits and long term employment.

Location: Ventura, CA
Schedule: Mon-Fri full time with occasional weekend shifts
This is a Temp-to-Hire position
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 (DOE)

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and respond to email and online requests for services
Help customers with questions
Help customers booking the right service
Route, dispatch and debrief filed technicians
Order parts as needed
Manage paper work in the office

Requirements:

Previous experience with customer service or dispatching is a big plus
Previous experience in an HVAC, plumbing, roofing or electrical company is a plus
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Good multi-tasker
Experience using a computer to plan, data entry, email
Must be able to think on your feet and make decisions
Must be able to work well under pressure
Creative problem solver
