Job Description

This is an international company that enjoys a very positive reputation. They need to add to their staff two Customer Service Specialists, one who is fluent in Spanish. Your responsibilities will include being a liaison, providing product and service information and resolving customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. Engage with customers enthusiastically using your communication skills to process orders and requests. Manage international shipping operations, quotations, shipping, invoicing, scheduling, and documentation using both Word and Excel. They are looking for two people who have good communication skills and a strong work ethic and a high energy level for fast fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish needed for one of the positions. $41,000-$44,720 Annually. Full benefits that include tuition aide. Beautiful offices located in the north end.
