Customer Service Representative

Bilingual in Spanish

Please note this is not a call center position! This is a national company with offices located in the Worthington area. They have a vibrant positive atmosphere and they need a new team member who enjoys variety and helping people. They need someone who enjoys addressing questions that customers and prospective customers may have, ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and efficiently in all correspondence and has a strong work ethic and a high energy level for fast fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include managing telephone and email communication related to customer inquiries, pricing, and order processing. Act as a liaison, providing products and service information with accuracy and efficiency. Manage international shipping operations, quotations, shipping, invoicing, scheduling, and documentation. They need someone with good computer skills, Word and Excel. Just a year or two experience will do. Bilingual in Spanish. Starting at $49,920 with benefits.
