Customer Service Representative

This is an on-site office job opportunity. The CS Representative will work in office with internal employees and external customer base. This opportunity will be spent majority of the time working with people.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet (web requests), and written correspondence as appropriate

· Regularly check system data in MS Excel to confirm and update accurate OTD

· Investigate customer claims and prepare tickets within CRM for internal reconciliation

· Update conformity documents in customer EDI/ Vendor

· Monitor and assist shipments in transit. Providing necessary commercial documents to resolve customs clearance issues

· Analyse past orders in MS Excel for potential processing errors and pre-emptively action a correction

· Complete forms from customer base with GVS RPB product data to update websites and customers internal systems

· Use CRM to manage and report on credits, RMA requests, warranty, services

· Use MS Excel for recording keeping and documentation of products and customer sales

Education and Experience:

· Minimum of one year experience working in customer service/sales environment (preferably manufacturing)

• Detail-oriented, self-organized, and able to show initiative and take ownership

· Must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

· Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
