Automated Health Systems has remote Full Time and Part Time call center positions available in Hagerstown, MD.

Bilingual Spanish needed.

This position is work from home. All equipment provided.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to vital services through the Maryland Department of Human Services.

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
  • High School Diploma, Associates degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.

Available shifts between 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
