Job Description
We are partnered with a national law firm holding a practice dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables. For over 40 years they have been providing customized collection programs for their public sector clientele.
The goal of this role is to collect funds for government clients, but their unique approach offers the people they work with a helping hand to understand the charges they have incurred and to create a reasonable repayment plan that makes sense for their income and budget. This is your chance to get your nights and weekends back, while growing your skills and gaining excellent experience in a professional environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese required
- Ability to pass a 5-Panel Drug Test
- Availability during the hours: 8a-5p Monday-Friday
- Previous phone or call center experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collect past due toll bills
- Assisting with customers understanding the charges they have incurred
- Creating a reasonable repayment plan that makes sense for their income and budget
