Collections Customer Service Job at First Credit Finance in San Fernando

First Credit Finance is an established Auto Finance Company located in The San Fernando Valley. We are looking for talented professionals to join our team, where we offer a positive working environment and an excellent compensation package! In office positions only.

Essential Duties:

• Make outbound and take inbound calls via a dialer system.
• Provide solutions in a timely manner while delivering a positive customer servicing experience.
• Process payments over the phone / provide payment options.
• Effectively negotiate on delinquent accounts and bring current.
• Implement a wide variety of collection techniques.
• Effectively manage follow up calls.
• Update customer demographics.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum one year Call Center and/or Automotive Loan Collections experience – preferred
• Team player and able to work in a structured fast paced environment.
• Must be self-motivated and 100% willing and able to complete tasks assigned to you.
• Be able to read, understand and follow oral and/or written instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to simultaneously talk and type.
• Effective writing and communications skills.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Ability to Multitask
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
