We are looking for amazing top talent, and dedicated Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to support our existing clients to work in our call center to help continue to grow our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Delivering superior service identifying and resolving customers’ issues using problem-solving skills.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Record customer information within our customer service database.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or its equivalent.
  • Experienced Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative is preferred but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience, including hospitality, customer service, receptionist work.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Have a stamina and hunter mentality with key decision making.
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Unstoppable attitude and possess a high need for competition and achievement.
  • Well organized and great attention to detail.
