Responsibilities
•Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
•Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
•Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
•Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
•Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
Qualifications
•Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
•Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
•Previous work in a customer-facing position
