Responsibilities
•Assist the sales team by following up with customers for required documentation, submitting documents to underwriting, mailing policy packages, etc.
•Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
•Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information supplied
•Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents
•Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed
•Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions
Qualifications
•Hold an active 4-40 (Insurance Customer Service Representative license) or are willing to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment
•Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish
