Responsibilities
•Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
•Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
•Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
•Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
•Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
Qualifications
•Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
•Previous work in a customer-facing position
•High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
