Your ability to follow machine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality and safety policies is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our production process</div><div id="comp-m19pbs361" class="HcOXKn c9GqVL QxJLC3 lq2cno comp-m19pbs361 wixui-rich-text" data-testid="richTextElement">Responsibilities <ol class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Machine Operation: <ul class="wixui-rich-text__text"><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Operate filling machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and precise packaging of yogurt products. </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production output and quality. </li></ul></li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Quality Assurance: <ul class="wixui-rich-text__text"><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Follow quality control policies and procedures to ensure that products meet established standards. </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Conduct visual inspections of filled containers for defects or abnormalities and take corrective action as needed. </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Monitor product weights and adjust filling parameters to maintain consistency and accuracy. </li></ul></li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Safety Compliance: <ul class="wixui-rich-text__text"><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating filling machines and working in the production area. </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately to the appropriate personnel. </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. </li></ul></li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Team Collaboration: <ul class="wixui-rich-text__text"><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth coordination of production activities. </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Communicate effectively with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance, to address any production-related issues or concerns. </li></ul></li></ol></div><div id="comp-m19pbs395" class="HcOXKn c9GqVL QxJLC3 lq2cno comp-m19pbs395 wixui-rich-text" data-testid="richTextElement">Qualifications <ul class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">High school diploma or equivalent is preferred </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Experience operating filling machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs accurately </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods </li><li class="wixui-rich-text__text">Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team</li></ul>Training in Farmingdale, NY may be required for up to 4 - 6 weeks</div><div id="comp-m19pbs3g1" class="HcOXKn c9GqVL QxJLC3 lq2cno comp-m19pbs3g1 wixui-rich-text" data-testid="richTextElement">We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
