Looking for a Business Systems Analyst Candidates must have strong experience working on the payments platforms Location: Washington DC (This is a hybrid role - Candidate must be local to the DMV area or Relocate) Duration: 12 months Considering candidates with Prior Payments, Payments Processing, Alternative Payment Methods, Payments Compliance and Regulation experience Business Analyst Sr Traditional BA Skills: Requirements Documentation Presentation Analysis Research Time Management Detail Orientation Negotiation Relationship Management Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Payments for medium to large clients Ideally will have previous experience within Payments Compliance and upcoming regulations. Core Payments and/ or Cards Payments (issuing, acquiring) Alternative Payment Methods and Payments Innovation (e.g., Digital Wallets) Payments Regulation Fraud detection and prevention in Payments Delivery experience in Payment systems implementation and related organizational impacts (functional, business requirements, processes, roles,) will be an asset Good mix and exposure to Business and Technology (operations, technology, front office, contact center, & Back-office operations) Monitor new developments in payments specifications and standardization organizations Experience with Payment Terminals Digital and Omnichannel Banking- Mobile/ Online/ New Channels experience Agile (Must Have) Scrum Master (Very Nice to Have) SAFe (Very Nice to Have)
