Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Assist with project management tasks by providing research and supporting information.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required, including data entry and maintaining office supplies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
