You will play a key role in developing the manufacturing system architecture and contributing to the program"s overall digital and data strategies. This is a virtual role with periodic visits to our Indiana site. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance the automation philosophy and digital strategy for the program. Lead the development of the program's data architecture, including data flow mapping and integration of business, technology, and data systems. Define end-to-end data architectures and ensure the seamless delivery of site-level data infrastructure (e.g., PI, Logmate). Work closely with other technical teams to align business, technology, and data architectures for manufacturing automation. Collaborate on the delivery of the site-level data infrastructure for the program. Requirements: Bachelor"s in Engineering or equivalent experience. 15 years of experience with manufacturing systems, including automation, MES, and Historian systems. Proven experience leading large-scale automation projects in pharmaceutical batch manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and computer system validation. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
