Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. You will handle a variety of tasks ranging from scheduling and correspondence to office management and record keeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
