ABOUT THE JOB: This position is needed to be the regional support for our finance teams to support growth, and a changing tech stack. In this role, the Analyst will provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional and technical issues related to tools like MS Dynamics NAV, Business Central, and more. This role will also play a crucial part in system analysis, configuration, documentation, training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system utilization and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of financial systems, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: System Support and Issue Resolution: a. Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues related to Navision 2016 (mainly C/AL Programming). b. Learn and provide first-level application support for Brunel’s other business applications, especially those that are integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016. c. Provide basic support to the users on Jet Reports usage, design, and troubleshooting. d. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement system improvements. System Analysis and Configuration: a. Engage, interact, and coordinate with application stakeholders, which includes business users, other IT colleagues and external consultants on matters such as issues/requirements clarifications, solutions presentation, and training on system features b. Potentially required to play some parts in various application projects related to, but not limited to, the current Microsoft Dynamics 2016 installations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates. The role in projects may include requirements gathering & analysis, internal & user testing, user training, data migration tasks, creating documentation, and go-live supports. Analysis and Documentation a. Support financial reporting via PowerBI reports, and analytics within tools b. Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides. c. Provide guidance and support to end users regarding system functionality, best practices, and process improvement REQUIRED: 3 years of experience in projects involvement and/or user support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Skill and experience in the Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps like PowerBI and Power Automate Knowledge in basic accounting and finance-related concepts such as basic General Ledger, Accruals, Account Receivables and Account Payables postings and reporting/analysis Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leaders Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning NICE TO HAVE: 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics NAV in finance-related support role Familiarity with active development (programming) roles Comfortable working in a global organization Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or Finance General experience in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Tools
