Description:

Looking for a Program Coordinator to support a healthcare organization in Las Vegas. Will work directly with a behavioral health provider and assist with various administrative tasks.

Additional Job duties will include:

-Will be verifying/double checking financial reports each week. Will be trained to go in and specifically pull-out correct data through various excel documents.

-Consulting contracts with external vendors - will be initiating contracts with vendors but also working with legal team to get them through the process.

-Will be looking into EPIC/Tableau and making sure all referral volumes are ok.

-Not scheduling for providers, but will be providing/updating the information to the providers so they understand what they have upcoming

-Working with vendors accounts to ensure supplies are available and invoices paid. Could be some phone communication working with the vendors, but most would be done via email.

Will partner with other teams/programs at the clinic to make sure that all providers/groups are taken care of.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 years of administrative experience

- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required

- Healthcare terminology preferred

- Strong with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft programs. You don't need to be advanced user with Excel but be able to create graphs and other functions. No pivot table experience required.
