Responsibilities
· Understanding all aspects of how the office is most efficiently and effectively run
· Using phone and computer to arrange appointments and manage the office schedule
· Drafting and editing correspondence and documents for the doctor
· Researching, compiling, and summarizing information for reports and presentations
· Inputting and updating information in applications, databases, and spreadsheets
· Maintaining physical and digital filing systems for staff documents
· Coordinating logistics, agendas, and documentation for staff meetings and trainings
· Managing calendars and travel arrangements for staff and doctor
· Assisting with social media accounts, postings, correspondence, and marketing events
· Operating and maintaining office equipment and restocking supplies
· Coordinating with organizational leadership to place orders and pay bills
· Working with maintenance staff, vendors, and community businesses
· Ensuring safety and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
· Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security with sensitive information
· Setting up coworkers for success by knowing what they need and when they need it

· Familiarity working with dental software, coding, and billing preferred
