As Project Executive, you will be the driving force of a leadership team dedicated to providing world class service to our clients by leading, directing, and coordinating the day to day management of the project. The Project Executive will create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to achieve the projects goals. The Project Executive with the help of the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineers will communicate with the broader project team and stakeholders, manage risk and monitor progress against the schedule. This position will be sitting 'based' out of our clients Eastern Region Group, supporting projects from Charlottesville, VA to Williamsburg, VA. The "home-base" will be located in Richmond, VA. The maximum salary is $170,000 a year.

Required Skills & Experience
Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience
10+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor on large scale construction projects is highly preferred.
6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
