$25 to $30/Hour
Title of Position: Restaurant Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The CPA / Administrative Assistant will process vendor invoices, checks, employee tips and payroll via QuickBooks and maintain an accurate invoice statement system. The position of Administrative Assistant will place and answer phone calls, take accurate messages, direct inquiries appropriately greet and direct guests. Maintain calendar, arrange appointments, coordinate all employee on-boarding, complete and submit expense reports for the Office. Retrieve, screen and deliver mail correspondence. Coordinate FedEx and UPS mailings, certified mailings and bulk mailings.

Qualifications:
- CPA or experience of 10+ years as the Restaurant Administrative Assistant is a must for this position
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Administrative Assistant must possess
- The Restaurant Administrative Assistant must have a proven track record in assisting the company to achieve solid financial results
- The Restaurant Administrative Assistant must live by a guest oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
- The Restaurant Administrative Assistant may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
