Requirements:

• Educational Background: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Licensing: LARA-issued license in Michigan.
• Certifications: Teaching certification or School Social Worker endorsement (310).
• Experience: Preferably experienced in K-12 educational settings and tele-practice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate students' social and emotional needs to develop personalized support plans.
• Provide Counseling: Offer counseling services and crisis intervention to support students' well-being.
• Collaborate: Work closely with educators and families to create a supportive school environment.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
