ProCare Therapy is hiring: Schools - Social Worker - Telehealth in Canton

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and academic concerns.
• Develop and implement intervention plans to support students' well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a positive school environment.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and provide appropriate resources.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive student support plans.
• Advocate for students' rights and access to necessary services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Valid Michigan State License as a School Social Worker.
• Michigan Teaching Certificate.
• Current Professional Liability Insurance(or willingness to obtain a policy upon job offer.)
• Active licensure and credentials in your residential state, if outside of Michigan.
• Ability to work part-time hours as an independent contractor. 0.4 FTE equivalent with flexible scheduling.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
