Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Agent to join our team in our Louisville branch. As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility, handling inbound and outbound freight, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Accurately receive, load, store, and execute shipment orders
  • Count products, verify weights, and compare to manifests to ensure accuracy
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages on appropriate forms
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products safely
  • Maximize storage space utilization and properly store items in assigned locations
  • Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct quantities and proper labeling
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical inventories and cycle counts
  • Perform repackaging and repair of goods as required
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as shrink-wrap machines and banding tools
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies
  • Complete necessary documentation for TSA and CCSF requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 6 months experience in a similar warehouse position (preferred) 
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift (50lbs), twist, and reach for extended periods
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the facility
  • Willingness to obtain DG (Dangerous Goods) certification
  • Ability to obtain a Forklift certification within 6 months of employment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
