We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Car Support Agent to join our team in Philadelphia, United States. As a Car Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert assistance and guidance on various automotive issues. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service. Hourly rate $21.75.

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers regarding car-related inquiries and issues
  • Diagnose common car problems based on customer descriptions and provide initial troubleshooting advice
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our network of automotive technicians
  • Explain complex automotive concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up on unresolved issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and common car problems
  • Assist customers with warranty-related questions and claims
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Basic automotive knowledge and genuine interest in cars
  • Proficiency in customer service software and computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred
  • Automotive certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with various car models and common automotive issues
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
