We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sign and Print Production Worker to join our Copy and Print team. This role will be instrumental in producing high-quality signage and printed materials according to customer specifications and ensuring timely completion of orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in sign production, print operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on precision and efficiency.

• Operate and maintain various printing and sign-making equipment, including printers, plotters, laminators, and cutters.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Prepare materials for printing, ensuring correct sizing, colors, and materials are used.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to handle large orders efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
