Our client, Washtenaw Community College, is seeking an Executive Secretary to join their team. As an Executive Assistant you will directly provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President. The ideal candidate will have at least intermediate administrative expertise, budgeting and financial knowledge, and an exceptional ability to communicate interpersonally which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay Rate: $18.35 per hour - WEEKLY PAY!
What's the Job?
- Manages monthly data entry; assist with program's Monthly, Quarterly, Annually & Special Reporting
- Review/Analyze Paperwork Submitted by partner agencies
- Invoice Management
- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative/clerical role
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard office productivity software and tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently organize and manage large amounts of information and files; attention to detail, well organized.
- Prior experience managing similar volume and complexity of data, files, detailed information.
- Work Monday-Friday, traditional business hours.
