Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance coverage issues and commercial matters. Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client service. Keep current on relevant insurance laws, regulations, and industry developments. Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and legal strategies. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment. Requirements: 2-6 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or commercial litigation. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills. Experience with insurance-related litigation/arbitration or complex business/commercial matters is a plus. Federal clerkship or New York Commercial Division clerkship experience is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in New York or New Jersey. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Bar in New York or New Jersey. Skills: Superior legal research and writing abilities.
