- Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
- Identify and report errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Generate reports and summaries as requested.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry or related fields are a plus.
- Proficiency in typing, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
