Great pay Great team culture Room for career growth Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective manufacturing processes in line with product specifications and quality standards. This role is integral to ensuring the highest level of efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to drive product quality, yield, and throughput. Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, reduce process variation, and enhance operational efficiency. Implement and manage projects using Project Management principles to ensure timely completion and optimal results. Use Mechanical Engineering skills to design and improve manufacturing equipment and fixtures. Employ Manufacturing Operations Management strategies to optimize resource allocation, workflow, and capacity planning. Apply Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate process defects, minimize variability, and improve overall process capability. Develop and troubleshoot PLC Programming to ensure seamless automation and control of manufacturing processes. Utilize CAD software to design and simulate manufacturing processes and equipment. Use Electrical Engineering knowledge to ensure safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of manufacturing processes with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, capacity, and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role. Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Operations Management, Six Sigma, PLC Programming, CAD, and Electrical Engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity. Proficient in CAD software and PLC programming. Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles as applied to manufacturing processes and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
