Overtime may be required, including weekends.Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00/hourDuration: Contract-to-HireAfter the contract period, our client offers benefits you'll love, including:Paid Vacation and Sick LeaveUp to 9 paid Holidays per year401k matchingMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Review blueprints/work instructions and examine surfaces to determine proper procedure.Mix epoxy and other paint and materials to meet specifications.Load mixed paint into spray-painting equipment.Apply paint material appropriately and evenly on plastic and metal surfaces to include a variety of objects.Responsible for all quality standards and inspection of products.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:2 to 5 years of industrial style painting in a manufacturing environment requiredPlastic and metal painting experience requiredMust be able to lift/push/pull up to 40lbsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentExperience reading blueprints and drawings and operating spray-painting equipmentAbility to consistently handle and follow through with multiple projects and assignments and meet deadlines.Ability to function effectively and safely in a busy work environment.
