Participate in depositions, client meetings, hearings, and related litigation activities. Engage with expert witnesses for case preparation and support. Conduct thorough legal research and analyze relevant laws, including general liability and related medical matters. Draft and file motions as needed, supporting comprehensive case preparation. Build and maintain client relationships, offering clear legal advice and fostering client trust. Work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and management. Requirements Licensed to practice law in New York. A minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury or general liability litigation. Knowledge of New York Labor Law is a plus.
