POSITION OVERVIEW The Vice President, Human Resources will serve as the strategic HR Leader and voice for all entities of OU Health. This unique organizational lens will be accountable for supporting the ongoing development and execution of our HR Roadmap. This role is the key liaison to “broker” the HR service delivery model that ensures appropriate support of human resource services and solutions are provided in areas such as talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition, engagement, learning, employee health and safety, employee relations, organizational design/effectiveness and workforce development. The incumbent is also accountable to ensure oversight and governance of HR processes, systems, and policies. EDUCATION Education Requirement: Master's Degree: Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Services, or related field. Professional Certifications Required: SPHR, SHRM-SCP EXPERIENCE 10+ years of executive human resources leadership experience gain from roles in different levels of size, complexity, and business model maturity. Has successfully led complex and system-wide organizational change that is a result of operating model transformation, business startup, mergers and acquisitions, business consolidation, etc. Has partnered with business leaders to develop, design, and implement relevant strategic human resources strategies. Demonstrated success at managing and developing senior HR functional and leadership capability. Led organization design, restructuring and strategic workforce planning initiatives. Experience in creating and enhancing organizational culture that deliver higher levels of employee engagement, commitment, and satisfaction. Highly skilled in executing “generalist” HR core processes in areas such as total rewards, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, employment laws, performance management, employee assessment and development, succession planning and organizational development.
