To accomplish this goal, the EVPSP will survey the operational landscape and leadership concerns, evaluate needs and explore options, to recommend solutions to PCIFS senior leadership. A critical element of the ultimate solution is its integration within the PCI family of companies. To meet this objective, the needs analysis and solution recommendations must include input from PCIFS company leadership. The EVPSP serves the organization at differing roles depending upon the need. Success in this position is characterized by the establishment and execution of productive dialog across the enterprise to identify/quantify organizational needs and develop strategies to meet them. Activities are to be documented, and timelines are established to ensure organizational progress. To help us achieve our objectives, growth, and transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Vice President of Strategic Projects to join our Integrated Senior leadership team. This individual will be responsible for supporting Special Projects in support of the organization's overall management, including setting the strategic plan, publishing work plans and strategies, business process re-engineering, and supporting day-to-day business management execution and operations. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to ensure the organization is set up effectively and operates smoothly. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Alignment:
Developing and implementing strategic plans that align with business goals. Overseeing work plans to drive organizational success.
Operational Excellence:
Leading business process engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency. Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution.
Collaboration and Communication:
Aligning with partner teams for smooth operations. Support internal communications and knowledge management.
Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Driving organizational initiatives and managing budgets to meet strategic objectives. Leadership Support:
Acting as a right hand to the leadership team. Handling special projects and ensuring business continuity.
Develop Clear Metrics:
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Foster a Collaborative Culture:
Encourage cross-functional teams to share insights and best practices.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 20+ years of senior management experience in a government contracting organization (>200 employees) 10+ years of developing capture management strategies (>$250M contract value) Successful performance history of identifying, competing, and winning large, multi-million dollar government contracts Documented success developing and implementing business strategies to develop and expand business capabilities Documented experience successfully implementing reliable business systems including HR, accounting, communications, etc. Demonstrated experience supporting governmental audits including DOL, DCMA, DCAA Proven experience overseeing and managing the growth of multiple Small Business organizations (SB, SDB, 8a, HUBZone) Led organizations to achieve recognized, award-winning products and services including industry and customer recognition of achievement Proven experience developing repeat customers and contracts to support business growth Experienced obtaining 8a certification for organizations Experienced establishing, developing, and migrating business systems (HR, IT, Accounting, Etc.) Experiences with SBA requirements for the 8a, M&P, HUBZone, “All Small”, and other programs Proven ability to conceive, draft, and edit proposals for the successful award of government contracts Experience with multiple federal agencies and departments (DoD and Civilian) Proven experience working across multiple NAICS business lines Experienced developing and expanding business lines and capabilities Documented experience creating effective presentations/communications for senior government customers and large audiences Other Requirements Ability to meet company, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Physical Requirements The physical demands described herein are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must be able to work in an office environment, including a standard office or conference room setting, and use standard office equipment, including a computer. To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, which may require sitting for prolonged periods. Employees must possess the vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, as well as the hearing and speech skills to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
