Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice as needed. Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation. Federal judicial law clerk experience is strongly preferred. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-focused environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Bar in the state of Colorado (or eligibility for admission). Certifications:
Active and good standing membership in the Colorado State Bar. Skills:
