Position Summary: LCG, Inc.'s Growth Team is a dedicated, agile, group of experts assembled to effectively address business growth goals across the core paradigm of our customer base. This team excels in tight deadlines and thrives on malleability. This team thrives when faced with complex tasking, delivers hands-on development of RFP responses, and support swift contract transitions after award. This team is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the development of persuasive and competitive solutions. This role will be required to provide technical leadership to both customer stakeholders and LCG internal staff, serving as both a subject matter expert and team leader. Responsibilities: Articulate details of the solution and lead the development in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. Work closely with SMEs and other internal service delivery & DETC staff to architect and recommend detailed, yet innovative solutions that will ensure customer success. Support the alignment of capture and proposal strategy that meet customer objectives. Envision innovative solutions that meet RFP PWS/SOW specifications by applying forward thinking concepts. Ensure technical solutions are technically sound and meets all requirements. Support scoping and development of level-of -effort to execute solution working with service delivery leaders. Collaborate with graphic designers to whiteboard and conceptualize proposal artwork that visually depicts. approach, inclusive of graphs, charts, and keystone artwork in a compelling fashion. Partner with BD/Capture leads to mature strategies and help shape overall approach and value proposition. Perform technical analysis to identify risks, issues, and anticipated challenges. Lead inclusion of security and technical compliance requirements. Participate lessons learned and postmortem reviews. Remain abreast of and assess new technologies that align with client needs and organizational objectives. Analyze technology options and provide robust recommendations to enhance solutions proposed for customers. Drive proof-of-concept initiatives to validate innovative solutions and technologies. Supports corporate capability expansion by providing input on technology growth areas and client adoption, and industry technology direction. Generate thought leadership content such as blogs, and articles pertaining to specific growth objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree) required. Master's degree preferred. 15 years of experience designing, building and deploying enterprise-level architecture and solutions. 5 years of client engagement to understand business and technical requirements. Extensive experience in the end-to-end solution development while bidding and winning work within the Federal Health and/or Civilian markets. Advanced knowledge of federal architectural frameworks with experience using architecture/modeling tools. Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles, SAFe/Agile, DevSecOps, DevSecCXOps, CI/CD methods Experience with federal regulations, compliance, and system authorization (e.g., FISMA, FITARA, FedRAMP) Must have experience in one or more technical domains: IT Infrastructure and Operations Application /System Development and Modernization IT Service Delivery Cybersecurity Cloud Infrastructure/Management Data Science Digital Government/Transformation Experience with designing and crafting solutions developed during proposal phase of a pursuit Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, design governance frameworks to ensure solutions adhere to best practices and compliance standards, and develop and deliver prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions Ability to think critically and strategically and mentor and advise delivery teams about best practices in architecture and governance Creative thinker with ability to solve challenging problems in a collaborative setting. Strong project management skills with proven ability to multi-task and meet deliverable deadlines while maintaining professional demeanor under pressure. Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Strong writing and presentation skills for proposal development. Ability to translate requirements and needs into tangible solutions for demonstration purposes and future use. Advanced knowledge and understanding of multi-cloud environment, leveraging cloud-native services like containers, Kubernetes, and IaC tools Must have track record for working in a team environment like proposals, business development, & capture Ability to multi-task across concurrent efforts Ability to identify skill gaps and technical skill needs Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot to optimize productivity in designing and managing architectural solutions, including drafting solution blueprints, generating technical documentation, summarizing stakeholder meetings, and preparing executive presentations. Skilled in guiding teams to leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot tools to enhance collaboration, streamline solution development workflows, and ensure efficient communication and execution of architectural strategies. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $184,300 to $214,500 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary for this role is $200,500. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
